NOVELTY - Plastic material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane, 15-25 pts. wt. polyether ether ketone, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene nanoribbons, 3-6 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 0.5-1 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, 20-40 pts. wt. N,N-dimethyl formamide, 1-2 pts. wt. vinyl stearamide, 1-3 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 2-5 pts. wt. tetraethyl orthosilicate, 10-20 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide, 15-20 pts. wt. phosphoric acid,20-50 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid, 200-400 pts. wt. sulfuric acid, 20-40 pts. wt. nitric acid and 200-400 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as environmentally friendly plastic material. ADVANTAGE - The material is environmentally friendly (claimed), good barrier property, good mechanical performance and good toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the plastic material comprising (i) taking carbon nano tube, adding 60-100 pts. wt.sulfuric acid,mixing nitric acid, introducing into ultrasonic cleaner and subjecting to ultrasonic dispersion for 30-40minutes, (ii) introducing into 80-85 degrees C water bath, condensing and reluxing for 5-6 hours,(iii) cooling to room temperature and washing using hydrochloric acid and deionized water washing to neutral, (iv) filtering, introducing into vacuum drying box and drying for 28-30 hours to obtain acidified carbon nano tube, (v)taking the remaining sulfuric acid, mixing phosphoric acid and stirring uniformly, (vi)mixing acidified carbon nano tube and graphene nano ribbons and stirring using stirrer for 90-120 minutes, (vii) adding potassium permanganate and stirring for 1-2 minutes, (viii) introducing into water bath and reacting at 50-60 degrees C for 20-22 hours,(ix) cooling to room temperature, slowly pouring into 500ml ice-water mixture, condensing for 2-3 hours, adding hydrogen peroxide and stirring for 90-120 minutes, (x) introducing into ultrasonic cleaner and subjecting to ultrasonic dispersion for 30-40 minutes,(xi) adding hydrochloric acid and washing using deionized water to neutral, (xii) filtering, introducing into vacuum drying box and drying for 28-30 hours to obtain mixed filling material,(xiii)taking mixed filling material and N, N-dimethylformamide, mixing, introducing into ultrasonic washing apparatus and subjecting to ultrasonic dispersion for 1-2 hours,(xiv) adding thermoplastic polyurethane and polyether-etherketone, introducing into blast drying box and swelling at 80-85 degrees C for 1-2 hours, (xv) adding vinyl stearamide and polyethylene glycol and stirring using stirrer for 3-5 hours,(xvi) subjecting to ultrasonic dispersing using ultrasonic cleaner for 30-40 minutes, and(xvii) extracting air bubble, placing in static conditions for 1-2 hours and coating to obtain the product.
