▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A medical wound repair collagen film comprises graphene oxide/collagen film and composite gel microspheres. The upper and lower layers are both graphene oxide/collagen film. The middle layer is composite gel microspheres. The graphene oxide/collagen film is made of graphene oxide, fish scale collagen and garlic extract as raw materials, and polylysine as crosslinking agent. The composite gel microspheres comprise 4-6 pts. wt. sodium alginate, 4-6 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 2-3 pts. wt. polyethyleneimine, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. liquid silicone rubber, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. zeolite, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. maifan stone, 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. vermiculite, 0.5-1 pt. wt. Aloe extract, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. radix arnebiae extract, and 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. Betilla striata extract. USE - Medical wound repair collagen film. ADVANTAGE - The film avoids slow wound healing speed due to secondary injury of wound caused by external force, and has good mechanical strength and elasticity, good hemostatic and antibacterial properties, and radiating infrared rays function to promote blood circulation on wound surface and promote wound healing which shortens wound healing cycle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the collagen film comprising (A) washing fish scales to remove impurities, drying, grinding into powder, adding acetic acid solution, stirring for 12-24 hours, filtering to obtain fish scale filter and filtrate, washing fish scale filter with acetic acid solution for 1-3 times, and mixing washing solution and filtrate; heating washed fish scale filter to 90 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, cooling, adding mixture of acetic acid solution and pepsin solution, reacting to 36-37 degrees C for 24-36 hours, centrifuging to obtain collagen proteolytic solution, adding garlic extract, ultrasonically stirring, adding graphene oxide, dispersing, adding xanthan gum, stirring, injecting into film forming mold, injecting polylysine solution, and soaking at 2-4 degrees C for 12-24 hours to obtain wet graphene oxide/collagen film; (B) dispersing sodium alginate, polyethylene glycol, polyethyleneimine and liquid silicone rubber in deionized water to obtain polymer mixed solution; grinding root of Bletilla striata and radix arnebiae into powder, adding 75 wt.% ethanol solution, soaking, and vacuum suction filtering to obtain extract; washing fresh Aloe, cutting, crushing, adding same amount of deionized water, crushing in ultrasonic cell disruptor, and centrifuging to obtain Aloe extract, and adding Bletilla striata and radix arnebiae extract to obtain mixed extract; and mixing maifan stone, vermiculite and zeolite, drying under sunlight for 12-24 hours, grinding, dispersing in mixed extract, adding polymer mixed solution, and stirring to obtain composite gel microspheres; and (C) injecting composite gel microspheres to syringe of high-pressure electrostatic spray device, fixing wet graphene oxide/collagen film on receiver flat aluminum foil, electrostatically spraying with composite gel microspheres, tiling, and freeze-drying.
