NOVELTY - Anti-corrosion coating comprises a self-hydrophobic coating, a transition layer formed on the surface of the self-hydrophobic coating and a blocking layer formed on the surface of the transition layer, where the self-hydrophobic coating and the sealing layer include a fluorocarbon material, and the self-hydrophobic coating and the transition layer include a corrosion-resistant powder. USE - Anti-corrosion coating used for cookware and in cookware products, e.g. low cast iron end spraying pot. ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosion coating has double self-hydrophobicity and durable corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an anti-corrosion coating, which involves: a. providing a substrate; b. laying anti-corrosion material on the surface of the substrate to form a self-hydrophobic coating; c. laying corrosion-resistant powder on the surface of the self-hydrophobic coating to form a transition layer; and d. applying a modified sealing agent on the surface of the transition layer to form a sealing layer, where the self-hydrophobic coating and the sealing layer comprising fluorocarbon materials, and the self-hydrophobic coating and the transition layer comprising corrosion-resistant powder.
