NOVELTY - Aluminum-plastic film with high barrier and good heat dissipation comprises a first protective layer (1), a nylon layer (2), an aluminum foil layer (3) and a heat-sealing layer (4) arranged in order from top to bottom, between the first protective layer and the nylon layer, between the aluminum foil layer and the nylon layer, and between the aluminum foil layer and the heat-sealing layer both are provided with an adhesive layer. The first protective layer is made by mixing polyethylene terephthalate (PET)-organic montmorillonite. USE - Aluminum-plastic film with high barrier and good heat dissipation. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum-plastic film with high barrier and good heat dissipation has good water vapor barrier performance and mechanical properties, which can effectively prevent the leakage of electrolyte, and has good heat dissipation performance and sealing performance, which can effectively prevent the electrolyte and hydrofluoric acid from penetrating into the aluminum foil layer to corrode the aluminum foil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aluminum-plastic film with high barrier and good heat dissipation, which involves: (a) reacting sodium ion (Na+) and montmorillonite and silane coupling agent to obtain a first product; (b) drying first product in a vacuum environment at 95℃ for 24 hours, adding distilled water to the dried first product, stirring at 60℃ for 5 hours; (c) adding an excessive amount of intercalation agent soluble in water, stirring continuously for 7 hours, performing suction filtration to obtain the second solid product; (d) washing with distilled water to obtain the second solid product; (e) adding silver nitrate solution to the waste liquid after washing until no precipitation occurs, vacuum-drying the solid at 95℃ for 24 hours to make nano-OMMT; (f) mixing obtained nano-OMMT with PET in proportion to obtain a mixed material extruding the mixed material into granules by a twin-screw extruder, drying granules to obtain a first protective layer (1) by an injection molding machine; (g) mixing the dried polypropylene and graphene in proportion, grinding in a ball mill for 2 hours, drying ground material in a vacuum box for 8 hours at a drying temperature of 80℃; (h) putting the dried material into a twin-screw extruder to extrude and granulate, setting the temperature of the twin-screw extruder at 220-240℃ to obtain a heat-sealing layer (4) by the extruder; (i) using the obtained heat-sealing layer as the base layer, and laying the adhesive layer (5), aluminum foil layer (3), adhesive layer (5), nylon layer (2), adhesive layer (5) and first protective layer (1) from bottom to top on the upper surface of the heat-sealing layer (4), and performing dry lamination process to obtain aluminum-plastic film.
