NOVELTY - Graphene oxide composite material heat dissipation film comprises 34-70 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. flocculating agent, 8-20 pts. wt. thermal conductive filler, 6-8 pts. wt. polyethylene, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium polystyrene sulfonate, and 4-7 pts. wt. adhesive. USE - The graphene oxide heat dissipation film is useful in the heat dissipation of electronic products (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the thermal conductivity of the heat dissipation film while ensuring the mechanical strength of the traditional heat dissipation film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation of graphene oxide composite material heat dissipation film comprising (S1) adding ultrasonic dispersion of graphene oxide, a flocculant and a thermally conductive filler for modification to obtain modified graphene oxide, (S2) mixing and melting polyethylene and sodium polystyrene sulfonate to obtain modified polyethylene, (S3) mixing the obtained modified graphene oxide and modified polyethylene, then adding a binder and heating and stirring to obtain a graphene oxide solution, and (S4) heating the graphene oxide solution under pressure, and then placing the graphene oxide solution in a horizontal tray for drying and stripping to obtain a graphene oxide composite material heat dissipation film.
