NOVELTY - A high thermal resistive extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation board comprises 100 pts. wt. polystyrene resin, 20-40 pts. wt. flame retardant filler, 10-20 pts. wt. structural reinforcing agent, 5-15 pts. wt. flame retardant, 5-10 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 3-6 pts. wt. UV resistant, and 2-4 pts. wt. master batch. USE - High thermal resistive extruded polystyrene insulation board. ADVANTAGE - The board has excellent structural strength, flame retardance, UV resistance, anti-aging performance, and is environmentally-friendly and non-toxic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the board, which involves mixing the raw materials in a hopper, feeding the mixed material by a feeder unit, heating, conveying, plasticizing, mixing and injecting nitrogen, transporting the raw material in viscous flow state into an industrial unit through a screen changer under the push of a screw rod, carrying out secondary foaming, heating at 200 degrees C, forming a large amount of bubble core by stirring using screw, extruding through mold opening by an extruder, forming independent bubbles under the influence of atmospheric pressure, expanding the surrounding material, flattening the expanded material by a pinch pass mill, shaping and pulling out by a tractor, adjusting the required product by specification, trimming, napping, grooving, cutting and packaging to make the finished product.
