NOVELTY - Wear-resistant heat-insulating polyurethane hard foam plastic comprises 35-45 pts. wt. hydroxy terminated hyperbranched polyester, 30-37 pts. wt. polymer polyol, 6-9 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 8-12 pts. wt. chain extender, 20-30 pts. wt. isocyanate, 3-5 pts. wt. catalyst, 7-10 pts. wt. composite filler and 2.8-3.6 pts. wt. foaming agent. The polymer polyol is a mixture of poly(1,4-butylene adipate) and polytetramethylene glycol. The chain extender is a mixture of 1,2,5-pentanetriol and trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate. The isocyanate is a mixture of isophorone diisocyanate and toluene-2,4-diisocyanate. The composite filler is a mixture of hollow glass microspheres, fumed silica and graphene oxide. USE - Used as wear-resistant heat-insulating polyurethane hard foam plastic. ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant heat-insulating polyurethane hard foam plastic: has small thermal conductivity, excellent heat insulation performance, excellent wear resistance and hard material, high tensile strength, excellent mechanical property, and small and uniform foaming pore size. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of wear-resistant heat-insulating polyurethane hard foam plastic, comprising (1) taking hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polyester, polymer polyol, ethylene glycol, chain extender, catalyst, composite filler and foaming agent, stirring at a rotational speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute, and uniformly mixing to obtain reaction mixture, (2) adding isocyanate into the reaction mixture, stirring at a rotational speed of 1500-2000 revolutions/minute, and mixing well, (3) performing continuous foaming by continuous foaming machine to obtain polyurethane foamed semi-finished products, and (4) aging the polyurethane foam semi-finished product at 105-115℃ for 18-36 hours to obtain final product.
