▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Upright working electrode for graphene glucose enzyme comprises vertical few-layer graphene film. The glucose oxidase layer is coated on the surface of the vertical few-layer graphene film and the porous hydrophilic protective functional film is coated on the surface of the glucose oxidase layer. The non-hexacyclic large pi bonded carbon atom point defect clusters and platinum nanoparticles are connected to the vertical few-layer graphene film. USE - The electrode is useful in biosensor (claimed) and for continuous and painless detection of glucose. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has extremely high detection sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing upright working electrode for graphene glucose enzyme.
