NOVELTY - Preparing glutinous rice glue for preventing wall paper from raising and cracking comprises (1) taking hydroxypropyl starch, acetylated distarch phosphate and diatomite, adding water in high speed stirring to obtain prefabricated material a, (2) adding nano graphene oxide into water, stirring uniformly, adding calcium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, high speed stirring to obtain the prefabricated material b, (3) adding antifoaming agent, mildew preventive and preservative in water to stir uniformly to obtain the prefabricated material c and (4) adding the prefabricated material b and prefabricated material c to the prefabricated material a, stirring for 10-20 minutes at 30-40℃, raising the temperature to 50-60℃, continuously stirring for 5-15 minutes, raising the temperature to 70-80℃, sealing heat preservation, allowing to stand for 5-10 minutes and cooling to room temperature to obtain the sticky rice glue for preventing wall paper from raising and cracking. USE - The method is useful for preparing glutinous rice glue for preventing wall paper from raising and cracking. ADVANTAGE - The method: adjusts the base adhesive degree, promotes the glutinous glue to penetrate into the wall paper, has high bonding strength with the paper fiber, avoids the dry shrinkage caused by the moisture evaporation of the glutinous rice glue, maintains the peel strength of the glue, has good absorption performance and is green and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing glutinous rice glue for preventing wall paper from raising and cracking comprises (1) taking 20-30 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl starch, 5-15 pts. wt. acetylated distarch phosphate and 1-5 pts. wt. diatomite, adding water in high speed stirring to obtain prefabricated material a, (2) adding 1-5 pts. wt. nano graphene oxide into water, stirring uniformly, adding 5-10 pts. wt. calcium hydroxide and 0.1-1 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, high speed stirring to obtain the prefabricated material b, (3) adding 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-2 pts. wt. mildew preventive and 1-2 pts. wt. preservative in water to stir uniformly to obtain the prefabricated material c and (4) adding the prefabricated material b and prefabricated material c to the prefabricated material a, stirring for 10-20 minutes at 30-40℃, raising the temperature to 50-60℃, continuously stirring for 5-15 minutes, raising the temperature to 70-80℃, sealing heat preservation, allowing to stand for 5-10 minutes and cooling to room temperature to obtain the sticky rice glue for preventing wall paper from raising and cracking.
