NOVELTY - High-gloss flame-retardant antibacterial polypropylene composite material comprises 10-15 pts. wt. modified ammonium polyphosphate, 5-7 pts. wt. 2.5-3.5 wt.% chitosan solution, 75-85 pts. wt. polypropylene, 3-5 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 3-5 pts. wt. melamine, 3-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. nucleating agent, where the modified ammonium polyphosphate is prepared by (a) adding 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. carbon nitride to 80-90 vol.% ethanol solution, ultrasonically stirring, adding 1-3 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, and ultrasonically dispersing, (b) taking 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. magnesium salt, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. silicon tetrachloride and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide into 5 pts. wt. alkaline solution, then adding 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. hydrophobic silane coupling agent and 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. graphene oxide, heating and reacting, and (c) heating obtained product, dripping obtained product, uniformly stirring, performing suction filtration, washing and drying. USE - As high-gloss flame-retardant antibacterial polypropylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material improves the flame-retardant effect of polypropylene composite product, and improves the gloss of polypropylene composite product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High-gloss flame-retardant antibacterial polypropylene composite material comprises 10-15 pts. wt. modified ammonium polyphosphate, 5-7 pts. wt. 2.5-3.5 wt.% chitosan solution, 75-85 pts. wt. polypropylene, 3-5 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 3-5 pts. wt. melamine, 3-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. nucleating agent, where the modified ammonium polyphosphate is prepared by (a) adding 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. carbon nitride to 80-90 vol.% ethanol solution, ultrasonically stirring, adding 1-3 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain dispersion liquid of ammonium polyphosphate, (b) taking 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. magnesium salt, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. silicon tetrachloride and 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide into 5 pts. wt. alkaline solution, then adding 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. hydrophobic silane coupling agent and 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. graphene oxide, heating at 60-80 degrees C, and reacting for 2-5 hours, and (c) heating obtained product at 60-80 degrees C, dripping obtained product, uniformly stirring for 1-2 hours, performing suction filtration, washing and drying. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the high-gloss flame-retardant antibacterial polypropylene composite material, involving (a) uniformly mixing modified ammonium polyphosphate and chitosan solution, uniformly stirring for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing and drying, and (b) adding materials and remaining raw materials to twin-screw extruder for blending, extruding and drying.
