▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing reduced graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite comprises e.g. (i) preparing graphene oxide diluted solution and storing, (ii) adding graphene oxide diluted solution into industrial titanium liquid, increasing the volume of the industrial titanium liquid and mixing, (iii) adding resultant mixture into electrodialysis membrane to separating sulfuric acid, ferrous sulfate and manganese sulfate, (iv) preparing reduced graphene oxide/ titanium dioxide composite solid slurry, and (v) washing resultant composite solid slurry with water and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing reduced graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite using industrial titanium liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has production cost, and is environmentally friendly and safe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing reduced graphene oxide/titanium dioxide composite using industrial titanium liquid comprises (i) taking graphite oxide raw materials, using conventional Hummers process to obtain graphite oxide; adding 50-100 times the total mass of water to diluting after oxidation, adding total mass of the reaction material of 0.1-0.2 times of hydrogen peroxide, stirring for 5-15 minutes, then adding total mass of the reaction material 50-100 times the water to diluting, performing ultrasonicaction for 10-30 minutes to obtain graphene oxide diluted solution and storing, (ii) adding graphene oxide diluted solution prepared in the step (i) into industrial titanium liquid, increasing the volume of the industrial titanium liquid by 2-20 times, stirring for 20-40 minutes and mixing, (iii) adding mixture obtained in step (ii) into electrodialysis membrane to separating sulfuric acid, ferrous sulfate and manganese sulfate, (iv) heating the mixture of step (iii) in a reaction kettle at 80-180 degrees C, then vacuum extracting and filtering to obtain reduced graphene oxide/ titanium dioxide composite solid slurry, and (v) washing the composite solid slurry of step (iv) with water for 2-4 times and then drying to obtain final product.
