NOVELTY - Preparing shoe materials by using waste ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), comprises e.g. (i) sorting recycled EVA materials, washing by high-pressure gun, and placing in crusher for crushing treatment to obtain powder A, (ii) spreading the step (i) powder A in a magnetic field environment, turning on ultraviolet lamp, and performing light-magnetic coupling treatment for 30-40 minutes to obtain powder B, (iii) immersing the step (ii) powder B in treatment liquid, and placing the treatment liquid containing powder B in a micro-jet high-pressure homogenizer for high-pressure homogenization, completing homogenization, suction filtering, then washing with anhydrous ethanol and drying to obtain powder C, (iv) (a) mixing the step (iii) powder C and graphene, and then pouring into ball mill for grinding to obtain mixed powder D, and (b) preparing mixed material by using mixed powder D, and (v) placing the step (iv) mixed material into twin-screw extruder for extrusion molding, and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing shoe materials by using waste EVA. ADVANTAGE - The shoe materials: have superior mechanical properties; ensures reuse of waste resources; improves quality of EVA material; and has great market promotion and use value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing shoe materials by using waste ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), comprises (i) sorting recycled EVA materials, washing by high-pressure gun, and placing in crusher for crushing treatment to obtain powder A, (ii) spreading the step (i) powder A in a magnetic field environment, turning on ultraviolet lamp, and performing light-magnetic coupling treatment for 30-40 minutes to obtain powder B, (iii) immersing the step (ii) powder B in treatment liquid, and placing the treatment liquid containing powder B in a micro-jet high-pressure homogenizer for high-pressure homogenization, completing homogenization, suction filtering, then washing with anhydrous ethanol for 3-5 times and drying to obtain powder C, (iv) (a) mixing the step (iii) powder C and graphene in a mass ratio of 45-55:1, and then pouring into ball mill for grinding to obtain mixed powder D after grinding, and (b) mixing the step (a) 78-84 pts. wt. powder, 3-4 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent,4-5 pts. wt. silicone oil, 0.3-0.7 pt. wt. glyceryl tristearate, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. Tween and 60-68 pts. wt. deionized water in a mixer for 3-4 hours, and taking out the mixed material for use, and (v) placing the step (iv) mixed material into twin-screw extruder for extrusion molding, and then naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain final product.
