▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The substrate has an Organic LED (OLED) pixel unit provided with two electrodes. The electrodes are arranged with a light emitting structure layer. One of the electrodes is doped with an impurity graphene that is arranged with a film layer and a metal substance e.g. silver, titanium, vanadium, iron, tin, copper or gold. A base plate is arranged with a TFT array. The film layer is made of silver and graphite alkene. Mol ratio of the silver and the graphite alkene are about 0.01:100 to 1:1. Thickness of the film layer is in 5 to 3000 nm. USE - OLED array substrate for a display panel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The substrate eliminates oxidization or vulcanization of the metal substance. The substrate can uniformly distribute the graphene structure so as to effectively improve light reflectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an OLED substrate preparation method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional view of an OLED array substrate.
