NOVELTY - Carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite material comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyoxymethylene, 10-30 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. melamine, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant 1010, 0.5-0.7 pt. wt. microcrystalline wax, 2-3 pts. wt. mica powder, 3-5 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. silane coupling agent KH-550, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 2-3 pts. wt. nano-silica. USE - Carbon fiber reinforced composite material. ADVANTAGE - The product is low-cost and has excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of carbon fiber reinforced polymer composite material comprising: (A) adding polyoxymethylene, glycerol tris(12-hydroxystearate) and antioxidant 1010 into the high-speed mixer, mixing and vacuum drying in oven at 70-80 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain polyoxymethylene mixture; (B) taking nano-silica, sintering at 400-450 degrees C for 2-3 hours under vacuum, adding graphene oxide to anhydrous ethanol, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 5-10 minutes with power of 90 W, adding barium sulfate and mica powder, dispersing for 20-30 minutes, filtering, washing precipitate with distilled water, drying, mixing silane coupling agent KH-550 and sintered nano-silica, grinding, chopping carbon fibers, preheating and mixing to obtain mixture A; (C) adding polyoxymethylene mixture to the blend and remaining raw materials, feeding into twin-screw extruder, adding mixture A, extruding, cooling, granulating and vacuum drying in oven at 70-80 degrees C for 2-3 hours; and (D) heating at 150-180 degrees C, cooling, feeding into injection molding machine at 180-190 degrees C for 15-20 seconds with pressure of 50-60 MPa and speed of 55-60 mm/s and molding at 70-80 degrees C.
