▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The thermocouple (10) has a layer of crystalline two dimensional (2D) material (11) with a thickness of is less than 205 nm. The 2D layer comprises two extensions (12,13) patterned, and measuring point (14) between the two extensions. A first extension has a different Seebeck coefficient (V/K) than the second extension. The crystalline 2D material is selected from hexagonal structures, such as graphene, graphite, borophene, germanene, silicene, silicon-di -boro nitride, plumbene and phosphorene. The metal is selected from bismuth, and antimony, transition metal dichalcogenides. The metal is preferably selected from molybdenum, tungsten, and niobium. The chalcogen is selected from sulfur, selenium and tellurium, such as molybdenum disulfide, niobium selenide, and tungsten diselenide. USE - Thermocouple of material for temperature sensor in device e.g. combustion apparatus, such as gas turbine, gas powered appliance, diesel engine, kiln from thermostats, such as domestic thermostats, from safety devices, from electrical device, such as resonator, detector, chip, micro-electromechanical system (MEMS), electronic device, electronic circuit, integrated circuit, or monolithic integrated circuit, (all claimed) and sensors for precisely determining temperature, over a wide range of temperatures and for temperature sensing on micro- to nanometer scale, such as on chip used in science, at home, and in industry, such as for combustion engines and complex electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The simple and very effective thermocouple is used over a large range of temperatures, and has a high accuracy in determining a temperature. The present scalable and reliable temperature sensors are incorporated into current and future device structures. The sensitivity of the thermocouple is increased. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a device of manufacturing a single material graphic thermocouple; and (2) a method of manufacturing a single material graphic thermocouple. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the thermocouple. Thermocouple (10) Crystalline two dimensional material (11) Extensions (12,13) Measuring point (14)
