▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly mass production of high-purity graphene flakes comprises (I) preparing aqueous solution containing carbon-based material having layered structure, (II) adding prepared carbon-based material and aqueous solution into homogenizer, inserting ions contained in aqueous solution between layers of carbon-based material, (III) adding hydrogen peroxide to mixture produced through mixture generation step, (IV) exfoliating carbon-based material in hydrogen peroxide mixture with increased interlayer spacing by passing current of predetermined current value to hydrogen peroxide mixture generated through hydrogen peroxide mixing step for predetermined time, and (V) vacuum filtering to separate it into solid powder and liquid, removing predetermined amount of water from liquid and washing water separated through solid powder liquid separation and reusing it as the aqueous solution in material preparation step. USE - The high-purity graphene flakes are useful in aircraft and automobiles. ADVANTAGE - The method is economical, has high-quality graphene, improves fuel efficiency, reduces energy consumption and mass-produces graphene functionalized with hydrogen. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Environmentally friendly mass production of high-purity graphene flakes, comprises (I) preparing aqueous solution containing one or more ions of carbon-based material having layered structure and group 1 or 2 element, (II) adding prepared carbon-based material and aqueous solution into homogenizer, a mixture generating step of inserting ions of one or more group 1 or group 2 elements contained in aqueous solution between layers of carbon-based material by operating homogenizer for predetermined time at predetermined temperature and predetermined rotation speed, (III) adding hydrogen peroxide to mixture produced through mixture generation step, homogenizer is operated again for predetermined time at predetermined temperature and predetermined rotation speed to oxidize and discharge group 1 or group 2 element ions inserted between layers of carbon-based material and oxidize and discharge ions between layers of carbon-based material, increasing interlayer spacing of carbon-based material through oxidative discharge of ions, (IV) exfoliating carbon-based material in hydrogen peroxide mixture with increased interlayer spacing by passing current of predetermined current value to hydrogen peroxide mixture generated through hydrogen peroxide mixing step for predetermined time and (V) vacuum filtering to separate it into solid powder and a liquid, a solid powder liquid separation and repeatedly washing separated solid powder using ultrapure water until the pH of separated solid powder becomes 7 to remove impurities remaining in separated solid powder, removing predetermined amount of water from the liquid and washing water separated through the solid powder liquid separation and washing step through fractional distillation and mixing predetermined amount of aqueous solution containing group 1 and/or group 2 element and reusing it as the aqueous solution in the material preparation step.
