▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Far-infrared spectrum generator comprises a radiation layer, a heating layer and a heat insulation layer. The radiation layer is placed on the radiation surface of the heating layer. The heat insulation layer is placed on the heat insulation surface of the heating layer relative to the radiation layer. The radiation layer is formed by coating the radiation surface of the heating layer with a far-infrared functional coating. The heat insulation layer is formed by coating the heat insulation functional coating on the heat insulation surface of the heating layer relative to the radiation layer. USE - Used as far-infrared spectrum generator. ADVANTAGE - The generator: is economical; has a simple structure, simple to manufacture, remarkable the far infrared function, and antibacterial and air purification effects; radiates far-infrared rays with a wavelength of 6-14 mu m; reaches the normal total emissivity about 0.9; permanently releases negative ions; reduces the loss of far-infrared radiation of the radiation layer and the heating layer; and strengthens the far-infrared radiation effect in the direction of the radiation layer of the far-infrared spectrum generator. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the far-infrared spectrum generator, comprising (i) adding complex metal oxide powder, silicate mineral powder and complex and inorganic silicon ceramic powder to water according to their composition, and mixing and stirring to form the first mixed liquid of the radiation layer, (ii) orderly adding graphene, nano silver, dispersant and silane coupling agent to the first mixed liquid of the radiation layer according to their composition, and uniformly mixing and stirring to form a far-infrared functional slurry, (iii) adding 10-30 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin binder B component to the far-infrared functional slurry, uniformly mixing and stirring to form a far-infrared functional coating pre-curing system, (iv) adding 10-30 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin binder A component to the far-infrared functional coating pre-curing system, and uniformly mixing and stirring to form far-infrared functional coating, (v) adding water to the far-infrared functional coating to dilute, adjusting to a viscosity suitable for spraying, spraying on the radiant surface of the heating layer, placing in an oven, and keeping at 65-70 degrees C for 1-1.5 hours to form the radiation layer 1, (vi) spraying the diluted far infrared functional coating obtained in the step (v) on the surface of the radiation layer 1, placing it in the oven and keeping at 65-70 degrees C for 2-6 hours to form a radiation layer, (vi) taking functional heat insulation powder and water according to their composition, mixing and stirring, adding aqueous epoxy resin binder B component, and uniformly mixing and stirring to form the first mixed liquid of the heat insulation layer, (viii) adding aqueous epoxy resin binder A component to the first mixed liquid of the heat insulation layer, uniformly mixing and stirring to form a heat insulation functional coating, (ix) adding water to the heat insulation functional coating to adjust it to a viscosity suitable for spraying, spraying on the heat insulation surface of the heating layer, placing in the oven, and insulating at 65-70 degrees C for 2-6 hours to form a heat insulation layer, and (x) completing the steps (i) to (ix).
