NOVELTY - A high-dielectric constant, low-dielectric loss thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composite material comprises conductive fillers with negative surface potential and inorganic fillers with positive surface potential, in the weight ratio of 1:0.1-1:10, preferably 1:0.2-1:5, after self-assembly through high-temperature reaction to form layered compound in an amount of 0.1-100 pts. wt., preferably 5-20 pts. wt., based on 100 pts. wt. of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, where the composite material has dielectric constant of 12.5-55.32 and dielectric loss of 0.01-0.041. USE - High-dielectric constant, low-dielectric loss thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composite material used for preparing cable, capacitor, transducer and filter (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic polyurethane composite material has high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composite material, which involves: (a) forming layered compound by self-assembly of the conductive filler with negative/positive surface potential and inorganic filler with positive/negative surface potential after high-temperature reaction is melt-mixed with thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, where the mixing temperature is 130-230℃, preferably 180-220℃.
