NOVELTY - A heat-dissipation paint comprises 6-12 parts mass, preferably 8-12 parts mass graphene, 50-70 parts mass, preferably 60-65 parts mass urea formaldehyde resin, 25-35 parts mass, preferably 30-35 parts mass additive, 12-30 parts mass, preferably 18-30 parts mass graphene quantum dots having a size of 2-4 nm, 2-5 parts mass, preferably 3-4 parts mass heat-conducting metal powder, 3-6 parts mass, preferably 3-5 parts mass carbon nanotubes, and 12-24 parts mass, preferably 18-24 parts mass solvent. The additive comprises 5-8 parts mass, preferably 6-8 parts mass curing agent, 12-16 parts mass, preferably 12-15 parts mass defoamer, and 1-5 parts mass, preferably 2-4 parts mass antioxidant. USE - Heat-dissipation paint is used for daily electronic products, aviation components, spaceflight components, and military applications (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat-dissipation paint has excellent heat conductivity and coating strength, and is lightweight and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of heat-dissipation paint, which involves ultrasonically mixing graphene quantum dots, graphene, and solvent at 1000-1200 W for 40-60 minutes, grinding, cutting to obtain a composite slurry, adding urea-formaldehyde resin, curing agent, and carbon nanotubes, stirring at 1000-1200 rpm for 2-4 hours to obtain a graphene heat-dissipating paste, adding metal powder, antioxidant, and defoamer, and stirring at 1200-1500 rpm for 2-3 hours.
