NOVELTY - Graphite oxide is added to water, and ultrasonically dispersed, to obtain graphene oxide suspension. The pH of graphene oxide suspension is adjusted to 2-5, formaldehyde, phenol and polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene-polyoxyethylene-type triblock copolymer are added, heated under stirring, and polymerization reaction is carried out. Obtained reactant is placed under inert protective gas atmosphere, heated at 800-900 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, and cooled, to obtain graphene-hard carbon composite. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and phenol is 5:0.05-3. USE - Preparation of graphene-hard carbon composite for manufacturing electrochemical capacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-hard carbon composite having high specific surface area is manufactured.
