NOVELTY - A soft PVC printing aqueous ink comprises 50-60 wt.% aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 0.5-5 wt.% aqueous graphene slurry, 0.1-1 wt.% wetting agent, 0.8-1 wt.% aqueous defoamer, 0.5-0.8 wt.% neutralizing agent, 0.5-2 wt.% quick-drying aqueous acrylic agent, 20-30 wt.% aqueous leveling agent and 0.5-0.8 wt.% aqueous color paste. The aqueous polyurethane emulsion is prepared on the basis of synthesizing an isocyanate prepolymer, and then adding the dispersed modified graphene to carry out in-situ polymerization. The aqueous wetting agent is a polyether siloxane copolymer. USE - Soft PVC printing aqueous ink. ADVANTAGE - The soft PVC printing aqueous ink has excellent mechanical and hydrophobic properties, thermal resistance, weather resistance and stability, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A soft PVC printing aqueous ink comprises 50-60 wt.% aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 0.5-5 wt.% aqueous graphene slurry, 0.1-1 wt.% wetting agent, 0.8-1 wt.% aqueous defoamer, 0.5-0.8 wt.% neutralizing agent, 0.5-2 wt.% quick-drying aqueous acrylic agent, 20-30 wt.% aqueous leveling agent and 0.5-0.8 wt.% aqueous color paste. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of soft PVC printing aqueous ink, which involves: (1) heating and dissolving polybutylene adipate, then adding isophorone diisocyanate after the solvent is completely dissolved, carrying out reaction at 75-85 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours, then adding 5-8 %mass chain extender for chain extension, continuously reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain a prepolymer with isocyanate, then adding the dispersed graphene slurry into mixed solution to carry out in-situ polymerization, stirring for 1 hour, adjusting the viscosity of the mixed solution, and then carrying out low-temperature emulsification under high-speed stirring to obtain aqueous polyurethane emulsion; (2) weighing organic pigments according to the proportion, mixing and grinding the organic pigments to obtain aqueous color paste; and (3) weighing the above-mentioned raw materials expect aqueous polyurethane emulsion and aqueous color paste, uniformly stirring the synthesized aqueous polyurethane emulsion and aqueous color paste in stirring kettle, adding other additive, dispersing and mixing at high speed, stopping defoaming, and then filtering and packaging.
