NOVELTY - The chip has a chip body provided with a flow passage, a cover plate and a sub-chip. The sub-chip is arranged between the flow passage and the cover plate. The sub-chip is arranged with an electrode. An electrode base is coated with a gold layer and a a graphene layer. The graphene layer is fixed on an upper surface of the gold layer. The graphene layer is provided with a micro-nano fold and texture structure that is matched with a filamentous pseudo-foot. The filamentous pseudo-foot is connected with a cell surface. USE - Patterned graphene film based micro-fluidic chip. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving biological compatibility, realizing simple and easy preparation process and controllable technique parameter, and obtaining an electric signal intensity by detecting a common micro-fluidic chip.
