NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized reduced graphene comprises: (i) carrying out oxidation of graphite using Hummers method to obtain graphene oxide; (ii) adding graphene oxide into a quartz boat, placing the quartz boat at one end of the annealing furnace, annealing at 500-1000 degrees C under protective gas environment, moving the quartz boat to other end of the annealing furnace, thermally expanding the graphene oxide to obtain reduced graphene; and (iii) adding dispersant and reduced graphene into deionized water, ultrasonically treating, filtering, washing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing functionalized reduced graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing functionalized reduced graphene comprises: (i) carrying out oxidation of graphite using Hummers method to obtain graphene oxide; (ii) adding graphene oxide into a quartz boat, placing the quartz boat at one end of the annealing furnace, annealing at 500-1000 degrees C under protective gas environment, moving the quartz boat to other end of the annealing furnace, continuing heating at 500-1000 degrees C for 5 seconds to 30 minutes, thermally expanding the graphene oxide to obtain reduced graphene; and (iii) adding dispersant and reduced graphene (both in a mass ratio of 1:100-5:1) into deionized water, ultrasonically treating or carrying out high-speed stirring and dispersing to obtain functionalized reduced graphene colloidal suspension, filtering the colloidal suspension, washing and drying.
