NOVELTY - Preparing aluminum oxide ceramic plate film comprises sequentially setting an intermediate sacrificial layer and a functional film layer on aluminum oxide ceramic substrate, and removing the intermediate sacrificial layer to obtain a ceramic aluminum oxide film, where the intermediate sacrificial layer is obtained by solidifying a graphene oxide-sodium tetraborate cross-linking solution. USE - The method is useful for preparing aluminum oxide ceramic plate film, which is used in sewage treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method effectively obstructs the osmosis of the functional film layer particles, avoids the substrate hole blockage, later removes the intermediate sacrificial layer, and reduces the mass transfer resistance. The aluminum oxide ceramic plate film has strong stability, thin film layer, small aperture and high flux.
