NOVELTY - Preparation of single-sided graphene heat dissipation film comprises soaking graphene oxide in water, and ultrasonically stirring to obtain graphene oxide solution; laminating the back of natural graphite coil to polyethylene terephthalate (PET) double-sided silicone film with thickness of 0.01-0.05 mm to obtain natural graphite backing film; and coating graphene oxide solution on front side of natural graphite backing film, continuously drying, and subjecting to reduction reaction using reducing agent to obtain 0.02-0.05 mm thick graphene layer. USE - The method is for preparation of single-sided graphene heat dissipation film used for electronic product. ADVANTAGE - The film is suitable for use in high heat dissipation of various electronic products, can improve the operating speed of electronic products and comfort of users, and increases service life of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a single-sided graphene heat dissipation film comprising graphene layer, natural graphite layer as intermediate layer and PET double-sided silicone film.
