NOVELTY - A solid lubricating coating comprises 2-12 wt.% molybdenum disulfide, 3-6 wt.% PTFE, 1-7 wt.% graphite, 0-3 wt.% graphene, 12-18 wt.% tungsten disulfide, 8-12 wt.% carbon monofluoride, 16-34 wt.% epoxy resin, 18-29 wt.% nitroresin and 3-9 wt.% coating additives. USE - Solid lubricating coating for a screw cap. ADVANTAGE - The solid lubricating coating has excellent self-lubricating, anti-loosing and anti-engaging properties and better torque coefficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for producing a solid lubricating coating which involves utilizing normal-temperature neutral degreasing agent, carrying out mechanical processing process, washing with water, blowing high pressure gas for drying surface of a workpiece, diluting the lubricating coating by thinner, and sintering at 150-230 degrees C.
