NOVELTY - Lotus leaf effect inorganic coating comprises 3-8 wt.% silicon dioxide, 2-5 wt.% dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether, 2-5 wt.% ethanol, 1-3 wt.% aluminum sol solution, 30-60 wt.% potassium sodium silicate solution, 3-8 wt.% silicone acrylate emulsion, 15-30 wt.% inorganic pigment filler, 20-40 wt.% water, 0.5-2 wt.% graphene oxide dispersion liquid, 0.2-1 wt.% sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.2-2 wt.% methyl sodium silicate and 0.5-2 wt.% silicon phosphide. USE - Used as lotus leaf effect inorganic coating. ADVANTAGE - The product has good weather resistance, resistance to rain water penetration and long-lasting lotus leaf effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing inorganic coating comprising (a) adding the hydrophobic silicon dioxide, dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether and ethanol into the reaction kettle for high speed stirring and dispersing, adding aluminum sol and de-ionized water, heating to 50-70 degrees C, stirring for 2 hours to obtain hydrophobic silicon dioxide stable dispersion liquid, (b) taking inorganic pigment filler, deionized water, graphene oxide dispersion, silicon phosphide, sodium tripolyphosphate and methyl sodium silicate, stirring at high speed of 2000 revolutions/minute, pumping the slurry after stirring into grinder to grind for 20 minutes, adding hydrophobic silicon dioxide stable dispersion, potassium sodium silicate solution, silicone-acrylic emulsion and thickening agent, stirring at 300 revolutions/minute for 40 minutes and filtering to obtain the inorganic coating.
