NOVELTY - Damping sheet comprises two layers comprises a flame-retardant layer and a damping layer comprising 20-30 pts. wt. natural rubber, 120-150 pts. wt. chlorinated butyl rubber, 2-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene foam, 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, 3-5 pts. wt. flame retardant and 1-3 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent. USE - The damping sheet is useful for vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The sheet is environmentally-friendly and prepared by simple preparation method, and no irritating odor, low vulcanizing agent content, excellent vulcanization adhesion performance, heat resistance, flame retardancy, sound absorption, noise reduction function, and powerful function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the sheet, involving (a) mixing raw materials prepared according to the proportion to a high degree, heating at 50-80 degrees C and cooling to normal temperature, (b) extruding the mixture in double-stage type i.e. twin single-screw sheet extrusion unit production line, (c) preparing the damping layer in the damping sheet is prepared through a T-shaped die, three-roll calendering, cooling by guide rolls, edge trimming, traction and shearing, and (d) adhering the damping layer with the flame-retardant metal through an adhesive to obtain the product.
