▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Processing high-temperature self-lubricating comprises processing a micro-pit texture on a gear top area non-meshing influence area of a gear hot forging die, where the micro-pit texture is circular micro-pits arranged in an array, using an ultrasonic cleaning machine for removing the remaining impurities, preparing a high-temperature-resistant coating on the surface of a tooth-shaped concave die processed with micro-pit texture, and coating a layer of heat insulating complex lubricant on the coating. USE - The method is useful for processing high-temperature self-lubricating, which is useful for surface of a gear hot forging die (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the uniformity of metal flow in the gear forming process through textured coating and complex lubricant and die life and gear forming accuracy; performs anti-friction treatment on the micro-pits on the surface of the die; reduces reduce the flow speed difference between the tooth-shaped concave die and the back cone convex die; prepares high temperature resistant coating on the surface of non-meshing affected area; coats a layer of heat-insulating complex lubricant on the surface of the textured coating; and improves the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, thermal fatigue resistance and anti-adhesion properties of the die. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a gear hot forging die prepared by above mentioned method.
