▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Highly sensitive low temperature sensitive metal oxide semiconductor material is prepared by using silicon dioxide balls as templates and metal oxides as precursors, and the template self-assembly method is used to remove the templates to prepare highly sensitive low-temperature sensitive metal oxide semiconductor materials. USE - Highly sensitive low temperature sensitive metal oxide semiconductor material for use in gas-sensitive sensing composite material for the preparation of a gas sensor for detecting a disease judgment index, where disease is diabetes or asthma, and judgment index is but not limited to acetone, nitric oxide, hydrogen sulfide or ammonia gas, and gas sensor includes but not limited to mask, a mobile phone, a household sensor, a respirator, an unmanned aerial vehicle, a robot, or a wearable device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The metal oxide composite material with the unique structure can realize high-sensitivity monitoring of specific components in the exhaled breath at room temperature, can effectively reduce the gas-sensitive sensing temperature of the material, does not need additional heating, improves the sensitivity, can integrate a gas-sensitive sensor prepared by the material into an exhaled breath monitoring medical mask, is used for monitoring and early warning of occurrence and observation of major diseases, and has good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: a. gas-sensitive sensing composite material, which is prepared by using the high-sensitivity low-temperature sensing metal oxide semiconductor material, where the composite material is prepared by compounding a metal oxide semiconductor material with graphene, precious metal, black phosphorus, MOF, MXene, carbon nanotubes or metal oxide. b. a gas-sensitive sensing device for detecting the exhaled breath, which comprises a gas-sensitive sensor, where the gas-sensitive sensor is prepared by dropping, printing or spin-coating a gas-sensitive sensing composite material on a detection probe.
