NOVELTY - Preparing graphene and carbon fiber composite thermal interface material, comprises laying graphene material on carbon fiber material, sheeting to obtain graphene-carbon fiber-graphene interlayer material, and roll-pressing the interlayer material to obtain composite thermal interface material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene and carbon fiber composite thermal interface material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, reduces the production cost and improves thermal conductivity of product.
