NOVELTY - Preparation of flame-resistant corrosion-resistant modified graphene coating material involves dissolving zinc chloride, ferric chloride and ferrous chloride in water, adding alkaline solution, reacting, dissolving graphene oxide in water, ultrasonically dispersing, adjusting pH, adding ethylenediamine, stirring, reacting, washing with deionized water, filtering, dispersing filter cake in solvent of deionized and ethanol, adding sodium borohydride, reacting, filtering, adding hydrotalcite-like precipitate to ethylenediamine modified graphene, adding intercalation agent, heating and washing. USE - Method for preparing flame-resistant corrosion-resistant modified graphene coating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating material improves interface property to metals. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of flame-resistant corrosion-resistant modified graphene coating material comprises: (A) dissolving zinc chloride, ferric chloride and ferrous chloride in water to concentration of 1-2 mol/L, adding dropwise alkaline solution in constant-temperature water bath at 60-80 degrees C, reacting for 2-3 hours and forming layered structure of hydrotalcite-like precipitate; (B) dissolving graphene oxide in water, ultrasonically dispersing, adjusting pH to 3-5 using acetic acid, adding ethylenediamine, uniformly stirring, reacting, washing with deionized water, filtering, dispersing filter cake in solvent of deionized and ethanol, adding sodium borohydride, reacting under reflux at 60-80 degrees C for 4-10 hours and filtering to obtain ethylenediamine modified graphene; (C) adding 6 pts. wt. hydrotalcite-like precipitate to 2 pts. wt. ethylenediamine modified graphene, adding 1 pt. wt. intercalation agent, putting in PTFE-lined reaction kettle, putting in oven, heating at 70-90 degrees C for 8-24 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, filtering, washing by water and drying; and (D) adding to deionized water and ethanol mixed solution, adjusting pH to 6.5-7.5, stirring at room temperature for 2-4 hours, adding 20-50 g zinc-aluminum powder or zinc-aluminum solution, stirring at room temperature for 0.5-2 hours, centrifugally separating, washing by ethanol and drying in oven at 40-60 degrees C.
