NOVELTY - An improved ceramic anti-corrosion paint comprises 20-25 pts. wt. polypropylene copolymer, 10-25 pts. wt. benzofuranone, 5-10 pts. wt. benzotriazole chloride, 1-5 pts. wt. montmorillonite powder, 1-5 pts. wt. vermiculite powder, 1-5 pts. wt. corn graphene powder, 20-30 pts. wt. polyacrylic ester copolymer resin emulsion, 10-30 pts. wt. colloidal silicon dioxide, and 5.5-11.5 pts. wt. ceramic powder, where corn graphene powder is alkene powder prepared by using corncob or corn stalk. USE - Improved ceramic anti-corrosion paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has The strong adaptability to hot melt adhesive glue, UV and aging resistant performance, thermal-oxidative aging resistance, excellent impact resistance, surface scratch resistant performance, and high environmental stress crack resistance.
