NOVELTY - A single-component aqueous acrylic acid-alkyd graphene anticorrosive coating comprises 0.1-0.4 wt.% single layer graphene, 30-70 wt.% main resin, 3-12 wt.% film-forming aid, 5-30 wt.% inorganic filler, and 5-20 wt.% aqueous diluent. USE - Single-component aqueous acrylic acid-alkyd graphene anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The odorless quick-drying single-component aqueous acrylic acid-alkyd graphene anticorrosive coating provides excellent hiding power to the metal substrate, improves the adhesive force, hardness and weather resistance of the paint film, initial water resistance and construction temperature range, has excellent durability, reduces the volatile organic compound discharge, and is prepared by environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of single-component aqueous acrylic acid-alkyd graphene anticorrosive coating, which involves (1) mixing alkyd emulsion and film-forming aid, and mechanically dispersing for 10-20 minutes to obtain component (A), (2) adding inorganic filler to the component (A), and mechanically dispersing for 10-20 minutes to obtain component (B), (3) ultrasonically dispersing single layer graphene with aqueous diluent for 1-3 hours to prepare graphene slurry to obtain component (C), and (4) adding the component (C) and acrylic emulsion to the component (B), uniformly dispersing, filtering, and discharging.
