NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/silicone composite coating material involves modifying reactive group on surface of graphene to obtain modified graphene, reacting with silane compound, dispersion medium, non-essential comonomer and non-essential accelerator mixture, carrying out hydrolytic condensation or hydrolysis condensation-free radical polymerization, performing in situ formation of graphene/polysiloxane composite resin, reacting with blending resin, non-essential curing agent, non-essential solvent, non-essential packing agent, and non-essential blending additive, curing, and heat shielding. USE - Method for preparing graphene/silicone composite coating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has strong interface action, excellent corrosion resistance, flame retardance, mechanical property, scratch resistance and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/silicone composite coating material comprises modifying reactive group on surface of graphene using chemical modification technique to obtain modified graphene, reacting with silane compound, dispersion medium, non-essential comonomer and non-essential accelerator mixture, carrying out hydrolytic condensation or hydrolysis condensation-free radical polymerization, performing in situ formation of graphene/polysiloxane composite resin, reacting with non-essential blending resin, non-essential curing agent, non-essential solvent, non-essential packing agent, and non-essential blending additive, curing at - 30-300 degrees C, and heat shielding to obtain graphene/polysiloxane composite coating materials.
