▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene reinforced aluminum base composite material comprises carrying out graphene metal coating treatment; metal plating the graphene and metal powder using copper or nickel, and uniformly mixing with a surfactant to obtain a mixture; and using a feeding device, adding the mixture to 0.01-10 wt.% aluminum-based melt, cooling and solidifying. The mass ratio of graphene and metal powder is 1:2-500. USE - Method for preparing a graphene reinforced aluminum base composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. It provides good graphene dispersion effects, and uniform graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material. The composite material has a tensile strength of 80-20%.
