NOVELTY - Method for preparing water holding tray, involves using glass fiber reinforced plastic as skeleton, and laying strong core felt on glass fiber reinforced plastic, where the strong core felt is resin-based composite material, and the resin-based composite material comprises 50-60 pts. wt. resin, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 10-15 pts. wt. reinforcing material, 5-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 2-5 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, 0.5-2 pts. wt. mold release agent and 0.4-1 pt. wt. coupling agent. USE - The water holding tray is used for washbasin of toilet. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and suitable for industrial production, and the prepared water holding tray has high physical and chemical properties, high strength, strong corrosion resistance, excellent waterproof and moisture-proof effect and prolonged service life.
