NOVELTY - Pitch material comprises 130-150 %mass asphalt, 50-70 %mass epoxy resin, 10-30 %mass epoxy resin curing agent, 20-50 %mass carbon nanotubes, 1-5 %mass graphene, 1-5 %mass accelerator, 10-20 %mass triaryl phosphate, 5-10 %mass methoxybenzene catechol, 3-7 %mass m-trifluoromethylphenol, 5-10 %mass defoamer, 10-15 %mass nano-calcium carbonate and 5-10 %mass antioxidant. USE - As pitch material. ADVANTAGE - The pitch material eliminates the internal air bubbles when the asphalt is stirred by the defoamer during stirring, increases the density of the product after production, improves use strength and reduces the generation of cracks. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the pitch material involving (i) adding the carbon nanotubes, triaryl phosphate, methoxy catechol, and m-trifluoromethyl phenol into the reaction kettle for mixing and stirring, (ii) irradiating the above-mentioned resultant with gamma rays to obtain the modified material as phase (A1), (iii) adding the asphalt, epoxy resin, epoxy resin curing agent, defoamer, nano-calcium carbonate and antioxidant into the mixing tank and mixing and stirring until the system viscosity is uniform, (iv) dispersing the graphene powder uniformly in the aqueous phase under ultrasonic action, and configuring into dispersion with a graphene content of 0.1 g/l, (v) adding the dispersion obtained in step (iii) to step (ii) and stirring to make evenly mixed as phase (B1), and (vi) placing the phase (A1) and phase (B1) in an oil bath, and turning on the emulsifier for mixing and stirring to obtain the product.
