NOVELTY - The method involves preparing EDTA functionalized graphene, and adding silane agent into amino. Amino functionalized graphene and EDTA acid anhydride are prepared. EDTA graphene dispersion liquid is coated at a mirror surface of a glassy carbon electrode. The glassy carbon electrode is dried at room temperature. The silane agent is 3-amino propyl methoxy silicon or 3-amino-propyl ethyoxyl silicon. The EDTA acid anhydride is ethylenediamine acetic acid. USE - Method for manufacturing an EDTA functionalized graphene modified glassy carbon electrode utilized in trace heavy metal electrochemical detection field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing an EDTA functionalized graphene modified glassy carbon electrode at quick electrochemical detection with high sensitivity, wide linear application range and low detection limitation effect.
