NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite material with super wear-resistant, flame-retardant, high-strength and mold-resistant, involves (1) adding the coupling agent to ethanol to form a modified solution, continuously passing the continuous fiber through the modified solution and winding up to obtain the fiber modified by the coupling agent, (2) passing the fiber modified by the coupling agent through a graphene dispersion liquid and drying to obtain graphene coated and modified graphene fibers, and (3) adding the polymer material to the single-screw extruder, and spraying the graphene oxide dispersion into the polymer material melt after the polymer material is completely plasticized, combining with 3-24 bundles of graphene-coated modified graphene fibers, and passes through a mold. USE - Preparation of graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The obtained material has excellent wear resistance, mechanical strength, flame retardance, mildew resistance, and performance.
