▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/silk biofilm, comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide suspension; (ii) soaking silk fabric in mixed solution; (iii) placing dried silk fabric in hydrazine hydrate solution; (iv) preparing graphene wrapped silk fabric; (v) preparing graphene multi-graphene wrapped silk fabric; (vi) immersing multi-graphene wrapped silk fabric in 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethyl carbodiimide (EDC) and sodium salt of N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) mixed solution; (vii) adding arginyl-glycyl-Asp (RGD peptide), to obtain product; and (viii) rinsing biofilms with phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). USE - The graphene/silk biofilm is useful for promoting cell growth and detecting NO signal (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/silk biofilm, comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in water, and sonicating to obtain graphene oxide suspension, adding sodium hydroxide and pyrenebutyric acid, to obtain a mixed solution; (ii) soaking silk fabric in the step (i) mixed solution for 20-30 minutes, and allowing silk fabrics to completely contact with mixed solution, and drying silk fabrics in an oven; (iii) placing dried silk fabric in hydrazine hydrate solution, and restoring at 80 degrees C; (iv) taking out restored silk fabric, repeatedly washing with deionized water, placing in a vacuum drying oven, and drying to obtain graphene wrapped silk fabric; (v) repeating steps (ii), (iii) and (iv) many times, to obtain multi-graphene wrapped silk fabric; (vi) placing multi-graphene wrapped silk fabric in a gauze, and immersing in 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethyl carbodiimide (EDC) and sodium salt of N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) mixed solution; (vii) adding arginyl-glycyl-Asp (RGD peptide) dropwise onto step (vi) product, to obtain the final product; and (viii) rinsing biofilms with phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) for adjusting pH to neutral and drying.
