NOVELTY - The material has ceramic layer (1), graphene layer (2) and metal layer (3). The graphene layer is located between the ceramic layer and the metal layer. The thickness of the graphene layer is 1-2 mm, the thickness of the ceramic layer is greater than 4 mm, and the thickness of the metal layer is 2-3 mm. The metal layer is made of copper, and the ceramic layer is a silicon nitride ceramic layer. The ceramic layer accounts for 60%-70% of the total thickness of the material. USE - Ceramic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The hot pressing is performed to place the graphene layer between the ceramic layer and the metal layer, which effectively improves the toughness and compression resistance of the ceramic, which prolongs the service life and reduces the failure rate.
