▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A trees pest control and anti-icing coating comprises 10-30 pts. wt. talc powder, 5-10 pts. wt. microporous calcium carbonate, 10-20 pts. wt. high-viscosity attapulgite clay, 20-40 pts. wt. polyurethane, 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene, 5-20 pts. wt. Pyrethrum, 3-8 pts. wt. Rehmannia, 5-15 pts. wt. cinnamon, 2-10 pts. wt. golden larch bark, 3-7 pts. wt. Euphorbia, 2-5 pts. wt. Tripterygium, and 1-6 pts. wt. calamus. USE - Trees pest control and anti-icing coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-icing coating has pest control effect, bactericidal effect, and excellent insulation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of trees pest control and anti-icing coating, which involves (1) weighing Pyrethrum, Rehmannia, cinnamon, golden larch bark, Euphorbia, Tripterygium, and calamus, crushing over 100-150 mesh sieve, uniformly mixing, adding to a Soxhlet extractor, reacting at 70-90 degrees C, extracting in mixed solvent of ethanol and water for 2-5 hours to obtain extracting liquid, (2) concentrating the extracting liquid, making into freeze-dried powder, (3) adding the polyurethane aqueous solution into a reactor, adding 0.1-0.3 g/l mixed aqueous solution of graphene while stirring, and stirring at 70-80 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours, (4) adding talc powder, microporous calcium carbonate, and high-viscosity attapulgite clay into the mixture in step (3), uniformly mixing and stirring, shearing at speed of 4000-5000 rpm for 15-30 minutes, adding the freeze-dried powder into the mixture, uniformly mixing, placing into an ultrasonic device, and ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes.
