▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified carbon fiber material comprises carbon fiber surface-modified by Michaelis acid and flame-retardant nano-filler. The flame-retardant nano-filler is connected and distributed on the surface of the carbon fiber surface modified by the Michaelis acid through a coupling agent. USE - Modified carbon fiber material is useful for preparing flame retardant material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified carbon material fiber has excellent flame retardant property and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a method for preparing modified carbon fiber material, comprising (i) immersing the carbon fiber in a mixed solution of Michaelis acid and first solvent to oxidatively modify the carbon fiber to obtain a carbon fiber surface-modified with Michaelis acid, and (ii) mixing and reacting the carbon fiber surface-modified with Michael's acid, flame-retardant nano-filler, coupling agent, and second solvent to obtain a flame-retardant nano-filler modified by silane coupling agent; a flame retardant material, comprising thermosetting resin matrix and carbon fiber material compounded and distributed in the thermosetting resin matrix, where the carbon fiber is the modified carbon fiber material; and a method for preparing flame retardant material, comprising compounding the modified carbon fiber material, thermosetting resin and curing agent through molding and curing.
