NOVELTY - Dispersing graphene/graphene oxide/graphite/other nanocomposites constituted by graphene in polymers with electric field of alternating current during hot extrusion process involves using electric current device for extrusion machine, where device comprises alternating current (AC) power source set on outside of cylinder, AC power source comprises negative pole and positive pole in which each of electrical cable is connected, electrical cable comprises zone which is placed on inside of cylinder, whether around cylinder or between one or mats of screws; creating electric field of alternating current at same time; mixing graphene/graphene oxide/graphite/other nanocomposites made up of graphene with polymers through melting; creating alternating current electric field with frequency between 1-1000 Megahertz and magnitude of 5-220 Volt, peak to peak inside cylinder during hot extrusion process of polymers with graphene/graphene oxide/graphite/other nanocomposites constituted by graphene. USE - Process for dispersing graphene/graphene oxide/graphite/other nanocomposites constituted by graphene in polymers with electric field of alternating current during hot extrusion process. ADVANTAGE - The process enables to achieve great dispersion in polymers and great structural homogeneity, with consequential increase in their thermal and electrical conductivity, traction strength, impact strength and barrier to oxygen and water vapor.
