NOVELTY - Organosilicon foam material comprises component (A) and component (B) in a mass ratio of 1:1-1:2, where the component (A) comprises 100 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil, 10-40 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 2-20 pts. wt. flake filler, 5-10 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, and 1-3 pts. wt. catalyst, where the component (B) comprises 80-90 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil, 10-20 pts. wt. isocyanate-terminated silicone oil, 10-40 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 5-10 pts. wt. fumed silica, 1-3 pts. wt. inhibitors, and 2-15 pts. wt. hydrogen silicone oil. USE - The organosilicon foam material is used for fire blocking of electrical construction equipment, a new energy battery foam barrier layer, and a thermal insulation layer of chemical equipment (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The organosilicon foam material acts synergistically to form better fire resistance, and introduces polar functional groups to improve the strength of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing organosilicon foam material comprising stirrring the hydroxysilicone oil, aluminum hydroxide, flaky filler, and nano-calcium carbonate to obtain mixed solution (I), grinding the mixed solution (I), and adding the catalyst to mix uniformly to obtain component (A), stirring hydroxy silicone oil, isocyanate-terminated silicone oil, aluminum hydroxide, fumed silica, inhibitor, and hydrogen-containing silicone oil to obtain mixed solution (II), grinding the mixed solution (II) to obtain component (B), and mixing the prepared component (A) and component (B) and stirring uniformly to obtain the finished product.
