NOVELTY - Preparing a thermal interface material comprises preparing carbon nanotube film by floating catalysis method, configuring a mixed dispersion solution of nano-scale silica powder and graphene oxide, using spraying method to evenly distribute the mixed dispersion solution of nano-scale silica powder and graphene oxide on the surface of a layer of carbon nanotube film, covering a layer of carbon nanotube film, spraying the nano-scale silica powder and graphene oxide repeatedly, mixing the dispersion solution until the set number of layers is reached to form a carbon nanotube-nano-silica-graphene oxide film, subjecting the above film to rapid heat treatment in an inert protective atmosphere, reducing the graphene oxide to graphene, using the carbothermic reduction reaction to generate silicon carbide nanowire, forming a three-dimensional network structure between the alkenes to form a carbon nanotube-graphene-silicon carbide nanowire film. USE - The method is useful for preparing a thermal interface material. ADVANTAGE - The material improves compressibility and thermal conductivity.
