▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A separator comprises a porous first coating layer containing a polar carbon nanotube, placed on a porous support, and a second coating layer containing a polar one-dimensional carbon body, placed on the porous first coating layer. USE - Separator is used for separating organic dye from mixture of organic dye and salt. ADVANTAGE - The separator has improved filtration efficiency enabled by the presence of polar carbon nanotube prepared from a dispersion and polar one-dimensional carbon body. The polar carbon nanotube of the separator, having excellent dispersibility, is dispersed in solvent, at high concentration, without the use of a surfactant or a stabilizer, and damage caused to porous support is prevented. The separator which is not easily exfoliated, is stable, even under high pressure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1) manufacture of separator which involves: (a) preparing a dispersion containing polar carbon nanotube; (b) preparing a dispersion containing polar one-dimensional carbon body; (c) applying the dispersion containing polar carbon nanotube, on porous support, to form porous first coating layer; and (d) applying the dispersion containing polar one-dimensional carbon body, on the porous first coating layer, to form a second coating layer; 2) method for separating an organic dye which involves separating an organic dye from a mixture containing a salt and the organic dye, using the separator; 3) polar carbon nanotube dispersion which comprises polar carbon nanotube having three-dimensional porous scaffold structure; and 4) preparation of polar carbon nanotube dispersion, which involves: (a) partially oxidizing carbon nanotube to form polar carbon nanotube; (b) mechanically milling polar carbon nanotube; (c) mixing the milled polar carbon nanotube with a solvent to form dispersion; and (d) sonicating the dispersion.
