NOVELTY - A poly-dopamine and graphene composite coating preparing method involves dissolving dopamine monomer in the hydrochloride solvent to prepare the alkaline solution of dopamine with concentration of 1-1000 mmol L-1 and forming the solution into a polymer with a pH 7.5-11. The graphene is uniformly dispersed in a solvent to obtain grapheme solution. The grapheme solution and polymer solution are mixed, followed by placing in battery current collector or electrode sheet for 2-48 hours, after cleaning, the mixed solution is placed under 80-120 degrees C and drying to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing poly-dopamine and graphene composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the poly-dopamine and graphene composite coating with better heat conductivity and better effect of improve the bonding strength between the current collector and active material and reducing the internal temperature of battery.
