▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene and graphene oxide production involves obtaining quantity of carbon rich materials in a solid state, mixing carbon rich material with a solvent, a surfactant, and an additive for forming a mixture, and then conducting the formed mixture into a microwave reactor. The microwave reactor is configured to provide microwave radiation to the mixture, where the microwave radiation is directed to the mixture in the microwave reactor. USE - Method for producing graphene and graphene oxide (claimed) used for preparing conductive films for touch screens, producing graphene carbon fibers and three-dimensional porous graphene nanomaterials, and preparing graphene-based other intelligent nanocomposites for super-light-weight machines and vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The method produces the graphene and graphene oxide in a short time period of 300 seconds without involving any concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid or huge water quantities for purification. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic flowchart of the method for manufacturing graphene and graphene oxide through microwave irradiations by using carbon rich solid materials such as graphite, coal slags or asphalt.
